PTP211 Paterson Film Negative Squeegee, drying of photographic film [BDWCBX]
The Paterson Film Squeegee removes excess water from the surface of newly processed film.
A squeegee should used to dry your wet negatives to aid in quick, even and streak free drying. The Squeegee is 160mm long.
For those of you that have heard squeegees may scratch your film, they will - if they are dirty.
When finished, wash and dry the squeegee and keep it in a zip lock bag. Before every use, dip it in the developing tank during the final rinse with wetting agent (you should use that too), shake off the excess moisture and gently give your film a couple of even swipes from top to bottom and I guarantee you will have no problem and your film will be pristine.
